I graduated from UTM in 2012 with a Bachelor's degree in History. I am highly certified to teach 7-12 English, History & Geography. I graduated with my Master's in Curriculum and Instruction in 2023. 

I have two children, one is a Junior and one is in Middle School.  I also have a Pitbull mix named Daisy. I have two cats, Luna and Leroy.  In my free time, you can find me at the gym, curled up reading a book, or watching Netflix.

I hope your students will enjoy my classes, whether it is in ELA, Teaching/Dual Enrollment, ACT prep, or Study Hall, our days will be filled with engaging, interesting and thought-provoking curriculum.

Expect to see me at a lot of the games, cheering on the teams, cheerleaders, and band. I am an advisor to the 10th-grade class. This past year, I created the "Spoiler Alert" Book Club. While I did not grow up in Hollow Rock/Bruceton, I am proud to be a member of this community and the love that I feel every day that I walk through these doors.
